Hi,
Currently we have SLA that runs only on weekdays 8-18, excluding weekends & public holiday.But in addition to this I have a requirement to run SLAclock for only 3-4 weekends.
I am not sure how to ahead with this requirement, any leads.

Hi Vinzz,
If I am getting it right, you have to create SLA that needs to be run on Weekends as well as on Weekdays.
For this, you need to create a Schedule with proper time-zone and in that, you will have to create 2 Schedule Entries. One for Weekdays and other for Weekends (for the same SLA).
I have attached a sample so that you might get what I am trying to say.
