Slack Approval Request: Error 400 After Clicking Approve/Reject Button.

Hello everyone,

                         I've integrated Slack with ServiceNow using the Application Registry and Slack Spoke, following the ServiceNow Product Documentation. Currently, I'm facing an issue where I can post an approval message in Slack when a request is raised in ServiceNow, but I encounter an error "this app responded with status code 400" when one of the two approval buttons (approve or reject) is clicked.

I've already double-checked the signing secret, request URL in the interactive page of Slack, and the Out-of-Box (OOB) Scripted REST Resource named "Slack Interactive Payloads" for the resource path in ServiceNow. Despite these checks, the Slack button continues to display the same error message. Additionally, I've observed the following error in the console log of Slack: "blocks.actions is REJECTED: API not ok dispatch_failed."

Is there any other additional configurations or steps that need to be addressed to resolve this issue?

I am experiencing this same issue when creating a Slack channel from an INC and clicking the Join button in the Slack notification. I cannot find any documentation on the error.

Hi @Meenakshi  , Did you find any fix for the 400 error you're getting on Slack Approval message? We are also getting the same error for one of our use case.

Please help if you have fixed this already
