Slack Spoke and Interactions

Hi All,

I have the slack spoke installed on my instance and I'm struggling to get inbound interactivity setup. The spoke is sending messages to users as I intend it to do, but when the user is presented with the Accept or Reject button (this is for on-call incidents) - I get a 401 error.

I have slack interactivity turned on as well.

What the slack messages to users look like (I get a 401 error code when I click any of the buttons.)

1. I'm wondering does the slack spoke once authenticated communicate back directly to SNOW without any additional work? Or do I have to setup a rest API or something?

2. Are their ACLs somewhere that are blocking?

3. Am I missing something?

I've been following all the spoke documentation, but I'm at a loss.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Jon M2 : I am also facing the same issue. Do you find the solution?
