SLAs Not Bring Created When HR Case Is Created From Platform

When I create the HR case from the portal, the SLAs are being created as follow:

When I create HR case from the platform, the SLAs are not being generated:

Did I miss something when creating these SLAs?

Please check the SLA start condition. Do you have any specific conditions defined in the SLA?

Is SLA definition Start condition is satisfied when HR case is opened from platform? Please share the screenshot of the SLA definition condition.
