slowness in servicenow instance

Hi Guys, 

 

I am facing lot of slowness in ServiceNow as even the incident form is not being to able to load. 

 

Can you please suggest solution for this!!

Also, as with any web application, trying in on and off VPN, with different computers and internet connections, and running a speed test can rule out environmental issues.

 

After trying those steps, list the steps you took and the result and you can go from there.

Hello @tGhadage  ,

Check if there is any long running job running or not? If yes Kill it.
For long run :

1> check if there are any scheduled script / report are there or not, if yes try to disable them (scheduled reports eg. running on metric table OR report with many (OR) query)

2> check if scripts are created using SNOW guidelines or not. (wont impact much though)

May be you need to clear your browser history and cache .Again try to login
