Small question in Update Set

Hi,

Suppose I am working on Flow Designer. In worst case I forgot to set my Update Set for some changes in the Flow Designer. Now I realized and set the Update Set. To capture the changes which I missed, will it be enough if I just add a dummy comment '#TEST'. Will all the previous changes be captured? Kindly help.

Regards

Suman P.
