Smart Document - Ask Now Assist button not available in the Document viewer

Hello,
I have configured Smart Document for TPRM in ServiceNow.
So far, I have completed the following setup:
Installed the Document Intelligence plugin
Activated the Smart Document skill
Enabled the system property: glide.ui.seismic.attachment.dialog.renderInAppShell
Verified that I have the required roles (including admin and now assist panel user and creator roles)
After completing these steps, I cannot see the “Ask Now Assist” button in the Document Viewer.
