Hi all,
I signed up for Twilio account to send SMS from ServiceNow. For that i have installed Notify and Twilio Direct plugin and configured the SID and Token in the ServiceNow, Connection was successful and able make Test SMS and Test Call in configuration of Twilio direct page.
My Requirement:
When P1 incident got created, need to send SMS to assigned to user (my number).
Workflow is configured as below screenshot, in begin added condition when priority is 1-Critical.
Test for Trigger SMS:
I try to submit incident with priority is 1-Critical, and Assigned to one of the user who has the valid number and confirmed that number is E16 format.
Workflow was finished without any error. In notify message the record was created and SMS status showing as blocked. SMS is not delivered to end user.
I check the Geo Permission in Twilio and confirmed that India region was selected and save the configuration.
Please help me to debug why SMS was not delivered to my number and why the status was showing blocked.

Hi @SN_Learn,
I have followed the document which you have shared and verified the number also still SMS is not delivered and in notify message SMS status is showing blocked.
