Hello SN Experts,
I am struggling with a portion of my integration of major incident management into Microsoft Teams. My requirements are to:
1. Notify users and groups with a Teams call to join a conference (this part works fine) -- and--
2. Send an SMS notifications to users and groups to join a conference call (Needed in the event that users miss their call so that they still have the conference information to join) - This is not working and I'm not sure why.
I have gone through all of the steps to ensure that the SMS text message using Twilio works, but I can't get the SMS text to go out. I have my workflow for outbound SMS set, I can see that conference calls are going out (which is what my workflow hinges on), and I have the Conference Call Group associated to the Teams Number.
The Notify properties for defining the number to use for conference calls is set to the MS Teams number, and the Notify number to use for sending SMS texts and starting conference calls (depreciated? so not sure this matters) has the Twilio number entered.
Any assistance provided is sooo greatly appreciated!!
