SN allocates two different time stamps for the same email.

I would like to understand why ServiceNow is not allocating same time stamp for the same email record.

The user, SN user preferences, STMP Server and ServiceNow timezone are the same (Europe/Amsterdam).

The reason can be both servers has different time zone or it is due to day light saving.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  thank you for your answer, but the servers has the same timezone, but I haven't understood the day light saving, how can I check this configuration?

When you were checking the SN User preference, were you checking your timezone or the recipient?
