We have app engine scoped app for capturing specific types of issues and I have a requirement where my customers need to be able to generate tickets in this app from a Slack Channel. The app is incredibly simple - 6 fields with 4 required for submission.
Any suggestions for creating this type of SN / Slack integration? We're already using the ServiceNow plugin from slack for incident management and I'd like this to operate the same way.
