SNOW automation using RPA tool

Hello All.

I am trying to automate service now ticketing tool for incident management using RPA tool called blue prism. Can anyone help?

I have created a demo instance for Kingston version and have also activated the orchestrator  plugins. My goal is when a client send an email with his issue to a unique helpdesk email address say XXX@xyz.com it should automatically log a ticket in SNOW. How to automate that I will do it in the RPA tool. But i want to know how will SNOW recognize the email address here.? Is there a setting in the company tab? etc..Can anyone help?
