When I am trying to integrate with MS Teams for a virtual agent, I get the following error when providing Microsoft account details for login.
The Microsoft Teams tenant associated with username@example.com is currently registered with instance https://dev.service-now.com. If you want to proceed with the installation, reach out to your system administrator to first uninstall from https://dev.service-now.com.
Note: If your current instance is on Tokyo release but https://dev.service-now.com is on pre-Tokyo release, please refer to the product documentation for important instructions.
Currently, the SNOW version I am using is in Washington.
