SnowMirror experience?

Does anyone have experience with the SnowMirror product? Looking at various methods for extracting data from ServiceNow.

Just to add to this historic post. As of September 2025 we are still using SnowMirror and still regard it as the best option for our needs. The software is reliable, remarkably stable and largely looks after itself.

SnowMirror are still actively developing the software and it has demonstrated an ability to handle incredible data volumes, which make it practical to synchronise the largest service-now tables, such as sys_audit and sys_journal_field. These tables run into hundreds of millions of rows, and still synchronise well alongside over 800 other tables.

Got it, thanks for the information, one question: the ServiceNow Store says it's free, but when you download the application, it says it's a trial. Is it a one-time payment, monthly or is it annual?

Did you tried syncsnow? Here are the benefits of syncsnow over other solution.

• You can replicate SN data to MySQL and vice versa. Where as other tool allow one way data transfer only.
