Hi, We are trying to connect SOAP Message created in Service Now. We have downloaded certificate from the wsdl url and registered in our windows server from where we are making the call. This SOAP Message is defined as Basic Authorization with userid and password. It works fine using SoapUI IDE and able to create ticket in service now dev.
This requirement is to integrate IBM Bus flow to Service Now (currently testing in DEV instance). On connection we are getting error HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized.
Is there properties need to be set? Completely new to ServiceNow products.
Thanks for your help.

Too bad it wasn't the same issue, I sure hope someone else might be able to help you with your IBM Bus flow integration!

Are you connecting from anonymously from IBM to ServiceNow for certificate verification purposes ?
I have had similar issues when connecting from SAP to ServiceNow.

HI Robi,
Please check the basic auth. profile account and the credential are matching or not.
Do they have any Authentication profile to be matched with the third party tool ?
As for the same i faced issue in couple of integration and found the only way to get out from this issue is :-
Changed System Properties > Security > Security Manager default behavior in absence of any AcL's on a table to Allow Access
and then try to See if the IBM bus flow Certificate credential are being matched or not.
Hopefully this will resolve the issue.
