SOM OOB Functionality is not working

Hello all,
I was able to connect between Products offering catalog to his categories to their products offering. The problem is that when i create a new Opportunity, and i want to add Products using the Catalog Tab, when I click on the ‘Add’ button nothing happens. I read in the documentation that i need to click on ‘Regenerate catalog Hierarchy Cache’ both from the Product Catalog record and both from the Product itself but this was not helpful as well.
Any suggestions why this OOB functionality is not working?

Hi @yelias
Did you try repairing the SOM plugin? Sometimes new changes are introduced, and due to an older version, the existing functionality may not work properly. Please repair or update the SOM plugin and then test again.
