Some persons are unable to select the CI

While creating change request some persons are unable to select the CI, it is showing no records found. But he is able to see in the CMDB table.

What is the reference qualifier on the CI field? If that is also looking at relations or something like that, the access to the relationship table is also needed.

You could use the Security debut or Access analyzer to troubleshoot on ACL's, but the reference qualifier could give a clue.

Please check the roles/ ACL also when you say person, what capacity they hold is system?
