Are they logging in via SSO or via internal user id / password?

Hi @varshajain

  • Go to sys_user table, locate the user, and check the Source field. If there is an LDAP source referenced there, clear the field, save the record, reset the password, and force a re-login.
  • If the guest user is not set to the Global domain, and the user attempting to log in is outside the guest user's domain, the authentication will fail.
  • If you have Account Recovery enabled, locked cache states or old configurations may continuously reset the login session. You may need to temporarily disable Account Recovery, log in with an administrator account to process the user reset, and re-enable it
  • Verify that your Multi-SSO installation exits are correct and not conflicting with legacy SAML configurations. (Refer: KB0778207 User gets logged out immediately after logging in )
