Sometimes My Requests Widget on Portal Shows Short Desc of Catalog Items instead Catalog Item Title

Greetings!!!!

Sometimes, My Requests Widget on Portal Shows Short Desc of Catalog Items instead Catalog Item Title. I want that to always show Catalog Item Title.

I am aware that, it comes through Server script from My Requests widget

In RITM it shows title as catalog item but sometimes on portal Short Description is visible.

So the requirement is not about the portal widget but to ensure UR's short description is not copied from the catalog item?
