Sometimes my script and Flow Designer does works but sometimes it does not

Hi Everyone,

In my instance whenever I am submitting a request sometimes its working( its creating 3 RITMS) which is correct but sometimes its not working (It is creating only 1 RITM.)

If anyone can resolve it Please let me know.

Is the flow/scripts using the same variables? If any wait condition you are adding?

why it's creating 3 RITMs?

Is there any customization as whenever a request is submitted it generates only 1 RITM?

What's your business requirement here?

I am hopping you are using order guide to submit the request, Make sure you have selected the required fields to fill the all three item details.

Hello @HarshithaR ,

Could you please share more details about your issue so we can better understand how you are able to create three RITMs in the first place and what could be causing the problem? For example, are you using a business rule to create the three RITMs based on the MRVS length in the form, or is it something else?

If possible, try to share screenshots or related information as well.
