Hello Team , when a user submit an HR Service rather than getting a summary of his HR Service he gets this message ''

Sorry, either the data doesn't exist or you don't have access '' but in the background everything goes well and the HR Case gets created can someone help me figure out why the user in the Employee center gets that message rather than a summary of his request.

Please ensure there is a read ACL for the HR Service in question that would allow the submitter to view it.  If one exists, the please check if the ACL requires any roles and that the user has the required role.

You may also Debug ACLs

This might be because of user criteria on HRM Case info widget. adding snc_internal role will resolve the issue.
