Encrypt Files attached to when I attach field to the attachment files

Hi

 

Please guys, how to encrypt the files I have attached to the workspace, 

 

Let's say I go to Navigator> Workspace > Service Operations Workspace 

Then I click on create an incident, when I attach a file, I like to have the option to encrypt my file so when I select it and upload any document, that file is encrypted and if I do not select it, then the file is not encrypted.

after I save the incident. how can I remove the create incident button. This displays only when the form has been saved

To encrypt files and attachments in ServiceNow, you may need to use a third-party solution, such as .... This solution allows you to configure encryption contexts for files and attachments based on roles, policies, and conditions. For example, you can create a rule that encrypts all files attached to incidents created by a certain role or group.

To use this solution, you need to activate the Encryption Support plugin in ServiceNow and configure the encryption contexts for your desired roles and users. You also need to install the Skyhigh CASB agent on your network and register it with your ServiceNow instance. Once configured, the encryption and decryption of files and attachments will be handled automatically by the Skyhigh CASB agent.
