Sort Option in data source for Workspace

Hello,

I have configured a Data visualization filter in workspace to get the list of tickets which are about to breach SLA. Now , i want to sort this list based on ticket priority to show up High priority tickets and then medium, low priority ones. Is there an option to define the sorting order by priority field?

When you go back to the dashboard, you can click on the 'edit filter' option in the configuration pane and add a sort by.

Off topic: why do you want to order by priority? A breached SLA is a breached SLA, no matter the priority. If you still have a day to resolve a P4 incident, but only an hour for a P5, shouldn't you pick the P5? Isn't ordering on 'time left' a better order?

@Mark Manders - Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
This data filter is configured for showing the tickets on workspace list view . I dont see the sort option for workspace.

for the other point - this will show the tickets which are 'About to breach'(finished 75% of sla time) and not for the breached tickets.

It will still show you the records that are about to breach, where a P5 can already be on 99%, while a P1 just passed the 75%. I just want to point out that a higher priority doesn't necessarily mean that it also needs to be picked up first (in an ideal world it would, because you have no backlog, but that world doesn't exist).
