Could you please provide more deatils? Did you try to repair the Now Assist plugins?

Hey, @Nunitas79 you might want to look into the Now Assist Admin console.
Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin Console > Features
Go to Choose Input
Select any additional data sources that you want the Large language model (LLM) to take into account when generating a recommendation.
