Hi Team
"Source table" and" Approving" felids are not populated in the approval table "sysapproval_approver".
Even the same "approval for" some records getting value and some are not populated
As per your reference, I have attached a screenshot.

Hi @Siva82,
I believe this happens when you add an approval manually with a related list.
e.g. Open a RITM record, navigate to the 'Approvers' related list, and select 'Edit' to add a new approver.
If you create the approval records via Flow action/Workflow activity, it should populate all those fields.

is there a business rule that SHOULD do this which is getting exempted somehow by doing this manually? or- I see one of the GRC apps has a 'populate approval source' business rule, but it only applies to GRC type tables. Also- there's a global scripted business rule that 'Tracks approval source', but it looks like it won't apply to sctask (our current desire).
