Hi,
I'm very new to Configurable Workspaces but have managed to understand a few things regarding order and audiences. I honestly have a lot to learn about it and I believe my understanding of Views functioning in Workspaces is not correct.
Here's my simple scenario using the Service Operations Workspace:
1. created new page using the Legacy List template
2. when I click on a record in that list (incident table) I'd like a specific view to be presented in a new Workspace tab.
Rather than tell you my convoluted way of all the methods I've tried. I come to you all with a humble heart. I probably don't understand a lot of the native UI views and how/if they affect the Workspace views. Are they different? I'm looking for some help on how to achieve this. I honestly want to understand, not just throw a solution in.
