On the req info SNC, all I can see are the tasks and recent interactions.
It's supposed to look like this:
The former is an OOB variant in the instance while the latter is what I have in my PDI. Both are on SOW V5. Compared configs on both but can't find any difference.
In addition, I've modified the Record Information screen condition to also show on new incidents but it's completely empty even after selecting the Caller.
Already search for documentation but it's scarce.
