SOW tab color conditional customization?

Is it possible to make a tab highlighted or coloized when the record is a major incident record? I couldn't find anything in the sys_ux_page_property table records for this.

Alternatively, is it possible to colorize the 'Major Incident State' field on the 'Overview' page?

No, mate, it's something we're all waiting for, and hopefully, it will be included in the upcoming release as OOTB. But currently, there's nothing available out of the box for what you're looking for.
