SOW is a new interface, where the agent / L1 team, can work on records like Incident etc, the major benefit is look and feel and the other is that the agent does not need to open records in multiple tabs in the browser, which means in a single tab, multiple documents can be opened.
Another is a native view, where, an agent goes to the navigator and then opens the records and each record opens in the same window or needs to use the Alt key to open in another browser window.
