\$sp.getStream(data.table, data.sys_id) is not working

Hi All,

I am working on "Ticket Conversations" widget in service portal. It is working fine for request table, if i give incident table then $sp.getStream() is not returning any journal fields and hence i am not getting the activity in the ticket page. But, we are using comments and worknotes field in incident table

Please help me to solve this issue.

I have similar issues in Helsinki Patch 4, but on my Dev Instance with Istanbul it works as expected. Whats your version? Maybe the patch will fix the issue, we have it in a week. Or did you get your issue solved?

Actuallay no journal fields have been added to activity formatter. That's why it is not showing info.

When i have added journal fields to activity formatter then we can see the conversation made on the ticket.
