Space Owner should be mandatory with values from Entity table

For each space in the allocation table, user should select the "owner" as as allocation profile. If the user forgot to select the allocation profile he should gets error message while saving that allocation space. so I written below onsubmit client script to complete this. but I am not getting result. someone please post correct code to achieve this.

Hi @Priyanka21 , 

I don't see any owner/allocation profile field on space table. 

The given client script trigggering on allocation table but statement said about Space table. Something is disconnect here.
