Specify Page URL Parameters in Menu Item

Is there any way to specify the Page URL parameters when creating a Service Portal menu item (sp_rectangle_menu_item)?   Here's the config page I'm looking at:

For example, if I want to link to a specific Service Catalog category page (like /sp?id=sc_category&sys_id=d258b953c611227a0146101fb1be7c31), how can I specify this in the link?   If this is not possible, what have others done as a workaround/alternative?
