SPM roles like sn_align_core.ap_read_only, sn_align_core.apw_admin, sn_align_core.apw_user

Hi All

 

Can someone tell me if the SPM roles mentioned below are licensed or free roles to assign to many users belonging to different departments,

Can we give the above roles to the ITIL and CSM teams?


sn_align_core.ap_read_only,

sn_align_core.apw_admin,

sn_align_core.apw_user,

it_portfolio_manager,

it_project_manager

Questions regarding licensing and subscriptions should be asked with Servicenow representative and community is not the right place to ask. Every customer has unique packages, only SN folks will be appropriate to answer these.
