We need an approval workflow created for Standard Change Templates to create approval tasks which would be assigned 'CAB Approval' group for template proposals, modifications, and retirements.
The approval workflow is triggered on Standard Change Template proposals, modifications, and retirement.
All standard change template proposals, modifications, and retirement submissions will trigger approval from the group "CAB Approval" where one of the members is required to approve and if any one of the members rejects, the template submission is not approved.
There is an OOB workflow present named 'Standard Change Proposal'. It forwards the request to Change Management group and we feel it should be modified according to the requirements after duplicating it.
Also, the OOB workflow will run on proposal and modification of templates not on retirement, so should we need to create another workflow for the retirement submission by duplicating the OOB workflow and configuring the proposal script to retirement script?
Also, after creating the workflow where it should be attached?
Can we get the workflow configurations for the requirements stated above.
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
