Standard Change custom approval not reflecting immediately like normal change assignment group appro

When we create normal change and fill assignment group and click on Request Approval UI action then immediately it goes to Assess state and approver comes immediately on the related list so same i have customize for standard change 
i have created change approval policy, State transition and flow the same behavior in standard change and its working as expected but it requires form to refresh manually to see the approver and to see the update state.

Is there any way to solve this issue ?

Hi @sarojpatel 

It is very wrong practice that you are adding approval in Standard change, it is clear violation of the standard change concept. You can check the Standard change flow and need to add approval policy like we have in Normal change flow.
