HI All,
I am facing one issue with the standard change template.
I have a request to update a standard change template. I am updating that but when I am creating new standard CR using that template, the field value is showing as old one only. It is not showing the updated one on the CR form.
The field -"Review Required" has three values. The old value is "Manager", the new Value which I need to update is "None"
Have anyone came across this issue. If yes, then how to resolve this issue? Attached it is the issue screenshot.

Hi @Rooma1
When ever a standard change template modified, it go for the approval again, please check is modified template in complete state or in progress.
Once it has been approved the changes will reflect.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , The Standard change proposal is already approved and it is in closed state.

It might be then a cache issue, try to do cache.do and logout n login
