Standard change template

Standard change when is created takes 5 to 7 business days. We need to add additional field on template. If the field is empty the change will go thru the same process. If that field is populated the change will ignore 5 to 7 business days. Only admin have access to populate change template. 

I need help to write script when change is created to check that condition wether is populated or not.

Hi @Zuri 

We can only add fields that are present on the change table. You can't add additional fields unless you first create them on the change table. Could you please provide more details about your requirement?
