Good Morning Team,
I am wondering if there's a way that I could start a VA conversation via teams where the VA reaches out to the user based on an event.
For example let's say a new record is inserted into the sysapproval_approver table where I am the approver. I'd like the VA to then reach out to me via teams to let me know the approval is waiting.
