Good day friends
I'm in a bit of a quandary. During the workflow movement of a Change Request, the Planned Start Date becomes NULL. I looked into the state models, rules, & scripts and can't seem to find where the start_date is behaving this way. It's also not consistent. I've created the same Change multiple times and it didn't occur each time.
Anyone have thoughts?

Thank you for your knowledge! Turns out, a past implementer buried a UI Policy in there. Making edits to the policy corrected the issue.
