How do customers handle the following:
If a fulfiller "Close Cancelled" any task, what state should the RITM and Request be updated to?
If a fulfiller "Close Skipped" any task, what state should the RITM and Request be updated to?
Does anyone have a script they used in evaluating state to close both RITM and Request? I have a more simple version that just evaluates if the task is "active."

Hi @Mark Brogna
There is no state called close cancelled at SC task level. Is it some customer state ?
If a fulfiller "Close Skipped" any task, what state should the RITM and Request be updated to?
Atul:
If skipped, the process moves to the next task, but there is no impact on the RITM/REQ.
Out-of-the-box (OOTB) behavior: If a task is closed as Incomplete, the RITM gets updated accordingly.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

If a catalog task is marked as closed incomplete, that means the requested item can't be processed any further. Each step needs to be closed complete in order to successfully fulfill the order.
You would set the RITM to closed incomplete to reflect the inability to progress further.
The request is made up of multiple RITMs, and you need to decide whether all RITMs need to be fulfilled to mark a request as closed complete or not

HI @Mark Brogna
If a task is closed incomplete, the RITM's life cycle will be closed at the same time, and it will not proceed further.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
