State is changing to Closed complete even it is deactivated

Hello,

I am working on a release. I need to make release active false, when the state is closed. but after making active false state is changing back to closed complete, which is not active. I have checked all business rules, but unable to find anything that affecting. please help me out of this.

Hi @Kumar147 

 

Are you referring to Release V2 ? If yes, then there is no use to search , there are many drawbacks in OOTB Release V2 and there is no clue of same,.

 

SN decided to sunset Release V2 soon and release DPR - Digital Product Release as new product.
