I have a set of catalog tasks to be generated in sequence. However if the first task is Closed Cancelled, we need the rest of the task to stop generating and close the request. Can this be achieved using step based fulfillment flow.

Hi
Yes, it’s achievable using step-based fulfilment
In Flow Designer :
Generate Task 1
Wait for Task 1 to close
Evaluate Task 1 state
If state = Closed Cancelled
Close the RITM
End / terminate the flow
Else
Continue to Step 2 (next task)
This requires:
A “Wait for Condition” step
An If condition checking state = Closed Cancelled
A Terminate Flow
If this answer helped you, please mark it as solution and helpful.

In the above setup, you need to configure the stages at both the RITM and REQ levels for it to work properly. You can refer to the OOTB flow to see how, when tasks are closed as incomplete, the RITM is also closed as incomplete. @DaisyB057891995
