Stop change management from adding a calendar reminder

Every time we make a new change management record it creates an outlook calendar reminder for the changes start time. We would like to stop this from happening or at least give users the option because it could get very annoying.

I checked the workflow and don't see that trigger so where in the world does this happen? It seems to occur when you request approval and it gets approved.

Check your notification, I believe it is the "Notify Change Calendar" notification.

I swear I checked notifications and didn't see it but alas there it is! Thanks
