Hi Folks,
We’re building a Change Flow in Flow Designer that triggers parallel approvals for multiple Business Units using “Do the following in parallel.” The approvals are created correctly, and each branch waits for responses as expected. We have tried using the if condition as well, but it still doesn't stop the flow.
Issue:
If any one group rejects, the flow continues to wait for the other approvals, instead of stopping them.
Expected behavior:
- If any group rejects, the remaining pending approvals should become “No longer required”, and the Change state should return to New.
Note: - we are working on Zurich Version.
