Store apps not showing on company instance's servicenow store

Hi everyone,
Maybe this is a silly question but just wanted to ask it. We want to install an application from the SN store. I could find it online, but when I searched for it on my company's instance (in the SN store so I can download it), I couldn't find it. I don't know if there is a previous step I should do in order for this app to also appear on my company's instance.
Every help is greatly appreciate it!

You can search for store apps directly within your ServiceNow instance. If they don't appear there, you can visit developer.service-now.com and manage your instance to find the "Install plugins" option as a backup.
Typically, if an app is available, it's accessible to all instances and isn't limited to Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). These common store apps from ServiceNow are usually available for installation directly on any instance. This differs from having to go to the store and clicking "Get," which seems to be what you're trying to do.

If it's licensed you need to get from store. Can you tell the name of the application you are trying to install
