Store the correct field data in the HTML table of custom widget

Hello,
I have attached the screenshot of the HTML table of my Custom widget.
I need to show the records of any table (incident/Problem/Change etc) in the HTML table. However, data is not stored in the correct order.
I need to store the caller field data in the Caller column, etc.
Any suggestion on this?
