Storing External Chat or Vocie Conversation in SNOW

I am using an external WebChat and Voice platform with ServiceNow and i want to know where is the best place to store the transcription of the interaction between the contact and the service agent, is it the case or interaction?
Do i store this in a comment/notes field or add it as an attachement?
Are there any recommended API to use?
