Strange Section named 'label' in sn_grc_issue form.

I see a strange Section named 'label' in sn_grc_issue form which do not contain any fields. I want to understand the purpose of this section and if it doesn't serve any purpose can I simply remove it and there would be no impact in the functionality?

did you check if it's from OOTB config or someone created it?

compare against PDI or any other instance.

if someone created it and customer doesn't want then remove it

I didn't see it in my instance

Resolution

---

1. Go to System UI > Forms
2. Filter the table and the View that is having the issue and open this record
3. Check the Form Sections if any of the Sections are missing a Sys UI section field. This can cause the form section to render incorrectly.
4. Change the position of the broken Form Section so that it will render last OR populate the field with the correct Sys UI section
5. Clear cache
