CMDB Health - Recommended Field Scorecard

I want to configure recommended field scorecard metric for correctness of CMDB so that the Health dashboard metrics are focused and provide value.
Metric = Recommended
Out of the box thresholds are:
Lower Threshold = 33
Upper Threshold = 67

Can anyone help me with the steps.

Hi @Pradeepa Boopat 

1. Navigate to the "CI Class Manager" module in ServiceNow. You can do this by searching for "CI Class Manager" in the ServiceNow search bar.

2. In the CI Class Manager, locate the CI class to which you want to configure scorecard. Click on the CI class name to open its configuration page.

3. Now you can add the thresholds for the class selected for recommended fields from Completeness section under Health by clicking on New button

4. Adjust the thresholds to what you deem as Best, At Risk and Critical for the selected class

Is it possible to define one threshold for all CI Classes either than one by one?

Set the threshold at the Configuration Item level (cmdb_ci).
