Strategic Planning Workspace Can't Share With Other Users

I have created a workspace in our sandbox. I have made sure other users are rolled to use and view. When I go to share my workspace a strange "test" account appears that is not on our user table. No users on our user table appear to be able to share it with. I can find no documentation on this. Do I need to do something to add users so I can share with them? Please advise.
